The Prepreg Intensive Bootcamp is a hands-on, deep-dive experience designed for those serious about mastering the full carbon fiber prepreg manufacturing process. From concept to finished part, you’ll work through the real workflow using professional tools and tackling authentic industry challenges.

What makes it intensive?
We cover everything: shape analysis, mold design, pattern cutting, bonding, vacuum bagging, curing (oven or hot-air), CNC finishing, demolding, and final inspection. You’ll build the same part using different methods and materials, compare results, troubleshoot in real time, and learn how to pick the best approach just like top composites business do. A full-immersion experience to master prepreg manufacturing.
You will walk away with technique, serious confidence, and real-world prepreg skills plus a carbon fiber part you built yourself, from first layup to final finish. Proof of your new skills, in your hands.

The costs arising from returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer.
